Last week felt good. This week, it’ll be a good way to kickoff Thanksgiving.
Thought of the day:
I’ve been in this game for a long time and it’s always cool to learn new things. This time, it’s realizing how much you really need to ramp up volume before ramping up intensity.
I know that seems obvious, but I’m always blown away by how much volume you really need. In this case, it took thousands of tonnage moved to make this a good training plan.
Never worked before with less.
