Deadlift 3 x 5
Power Clean x 50 Singles
ATG Front Squats x 100 Reps
GHD x 100 reps
First time I’ve done more then 1 set of deadlifts in a long time. Never had great luck with adding more, but with my increase in volume over the last few months, I’m ready to give it another shot.
The power cleans will be done back to back with little to no rest until the explosiveness lessens. Then rest up and go again.
Thought of the day:
Just because something didn’t work well in the past doesn’t mean it won’t work well now. The trick is to see if anything has changed that might affect it.
As in, has your work capacity increased? Has your recovery ability increased? Are your stress levels lower? All of these and much more, the reverse is also true.
