Like I said yesterday, there is a good chance you are feeling more then a little beat up. If you can, do some contrast hot/cold treatment. Like a bath with ice and some heater pads when you step out and rotate a few times. At least foam roll if you can. Try to go for a couple mile walk as well.
Tomorrow we start the next cycle. I hope you got your strength in during this last cycle, because this is when we start really honing in on the running and letting strength training take a back seat.
