Time to let everything recover, mentally and physically.
Thought of the day:
Not really strength training related, but I just wrapped up the saddest book I’ve ever read, “Flowers For Algernon”.
I know you’re more “professional” sounding word would be depressing, but it doesn’t fit.
This book just makes you reevaluate what’s important in your life.
That is training.
