Breakdown
Run should be nice and easy while breathing through your nose the whole time. There is a good chance you are feeling a little beat up. If you can, as soon as you finish try to do some contrast hot/cold treatment. Like a bath with ice and some heater pads when you step out and rotate a few times. At least foam roll if you can.
