Nordic Leg Curls x 100 reps
Block 2 begins. I’ll probably turn the accessory work into a circuit.
Thought of the day:
Stay open minded about how you train. If there really is more then one way to make it to the top, it’s reasonable to believe there is something to learn from each way.
