Not that we take breaks for holidays, but it did happen to work out this year
Thought of the day:
Stop falling for the latest fades, eat your protein, and eat enough of the other stuff and you’ll be fine.
You want serious performance? Start a log, stop eating things that make you feel worse, eat more of what makes you feel better.
