Threshold Training Cycle – Microcycle 3 – Sunday
Rest Day! Take today to unwind. It’s also a time to reflect on training. For me, I’ve realized training has left me a little more beatdown than usual. Which means it’s time to break the cycle early.
So, this will be the last day of this cycle. Time to start toning down the lower body strength work as we ramp up the running.
