Squat 1 x 8 @ Same weight as the second set on Monday.
Squat 1 x 5 @ Same weight as above.
Squat 1 x 3 @ Same weight as above.
Bench 1 x 8 @ Same weight as the second set on Tuesday.
Bench 1 x 5 @ Same weight as above.
Bench 1 x 3 @ Same weight as above.
There is a good chance you will be feeling sore and beat before you start. Just really focus on tightening your entire core for each movement and push through. This is normal as you adapt to a new stimulus. Remember to take at least 3-5 minute rest between exercises.
Between sets make sure you only breathe in with your noes. This is a good habit just to get into because it can help calm you down during the day, but it also helps quickly bring your heart rate down.
