Weighted Pullups 20 x 3 @ 80% 1 RM w/ 30 sec rest
Power Clean 15 x 1 @ 80% 1 RM w/ 30 second rest
BB Curl 2 x Failure @ Between 50 and 75% 1 RM

Pretty much as described, if you need more time go for it. The real thing here is total volume at a higher intensity.
