Weighted Pull-up 15 x 2 @ 75% 1 RM
Weighted Pull-up FSAP for 70 reps @ 65% 1 RM
Levers/Planches 3 x 5 reps
Breakdown
On the pull-ups, try to rest 30 seconds between sets.
5 Slow Negative holds for levers and then go straight into planches and do the same. Hold each as long as possible.
