Threshold Training Cycle – Microcycle 2- Wednesday
Done as a circuit of 20 rounds:
Weighted Pullups for 3 reps @ 65% 1 RM
Power Clean for 1 rep @ 85% 1 RM
Rest 15 sec
BB Curl to Failure @ Between 50 and 75% 1 RM
For the BB curls, you are going to failure and should be spent from the pullups, so this is just to assist that. Pick a weight that you can comfortably curl 10 reps or so and go to town.
