Ready for this week to get over so I can get back to training.
Thought of the day:
I find that deloads are as much mental as physical.
They always go through this cycle without fail:
1) I’m ready for a break
2) Feeling lazy
4) Itching to train again.
But if I don’t do it, I always crash and burn.
