This weekend’s a little mixed up. Shorter run today, and longer day tomorrow. No striders, just try to breath the nose and feel comfortable in the run.
Running should be starting to feel like home, nutrition plan, rest plan, and everything else should start to be dialed in. If not, this needs to start being a primary focus during these runs.
